Project Admission is a tech platform that works directly with the live event industry to expand ticket distribution. Our products leverage brands, fans, influencers, and aggregate data sources to unlock new audiences by allowing them to buy and sell authentic tickets through individually branded storefronts. We capture the entire ticket lifecycle, allowing us to collect more revenue and more data through identity-based ticketing. Though still a young company, we are actively partnering and working with a number of key players in the music and sports industries.

The Role

Project Admission is looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager that will work alongside our industry experts to help better connect communities to live events happening in their area. With established connections to sports teams, venues, and artists, we are creating new partnerships with local organizations that serve as traffic destinations for their community. The primary objective of this role is to identify such organizations, connect with them, and share how our platform is able to deliver a branded experience that provides exclusive offers and tickets tailored to their community. This role will also be responsible for managing the relationship between our company and the organizations with a focus on maximizing sales, overseeing inventory changes, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key internal contact with various stakeholders
  • Exceptional knowledge and understanding of our platform
  • Activate industry-leading digital initiatives in partnership with the marketing and creative team
  • Use analytical tools and data-driven methodologies to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns/branded storefronts of our clients
  • Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to tune the purchase path for growth and build tools to streamline/enrich workflow processes
  • Build out timelines, break out a phased approach for projects when necessary, and schedule check-ins for internal teams
  • Develop & execute experiments & A/B tests that evolve our product features, copy, and landing page strategies

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience managing various marketing campaigns and working with clients
  • An analytical and data-driven background, with a proven ability to extract valuable insights and narratives from large sets of data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills--you are at ease describing complex strategies and approaches to various audiences within an organization, from the C-Suite to entry-level analysts

Preferred (not required) experience with

  • 3+ years experience working in entertainment/live events
  • 2+ years of ticketing experience
  • SEO experience a plus but not required
