Project Admission is a tech platform that works directly with the live event industry to expand ticket distribution.
Our products leverage brands, fans, influencers, and aggregate data sources to unlock new audiences by allowing them to buy and sell authentic tickets through individually branded storefronts. We capture the entire ticket lifecycle, allowing us to collect more revenue and more data through identity-based ticketing. Though still a young company, we are actively partnering and working with a number of key players in the music and sports industries.
The Product Implementation Manager will work cross functionally alongside the Product, Client Services, and Business Development teams to close, onboard, and ensure product fit for current and prospective clients. The Product Implementation Manager should have a deep understanding of the Project Admission platform, experience in ticketing for live events, and be able to interface with clients on a regular basis.
The Product Implementation Manager is responsible for working alongside Client Services in managing the client relationship and ensuring the successful onboarding, configuration, and ongoing optimization of product use for clients. The Product Implementation Manager alongside Client Services will create and implement a standardized operational plan for onboarding and troubleshooting with clients, collecting client feedback, and bringing new product features to market.
Project Admission is growing and our list of clients in the entertainment industry is increasing. You’ll be working with major professional sports teams across the NBA, NFL, MLB, MLS, and more. This role will work closely across the entire organization including product, engineering, operations, and business development.
