Project Admission is a tech platform that works directly with the live event industry to expand ticket distribution. Our products leverage brands, fans, influencers, and aggregate data sources to unlock new audiences by allowing them to buy and sell authentic tickets through individually branded storefronts. We capture the entire ticket lifecycle, allowing us to collect more revenue and more data through identity-based ticketing. Though still a young company, we are actively partnering and working with a number of key players in the music and sports industries.

The Role

Project Admission is looking for a Senior Product Manager that has demonstrated success in building both consumer facing and B2B products. You will work alongside a team of Product Managers to execute our product vision, strategy, and objectives. You will report to the CPO and will interface with engineering managers and engineers to drive technical solutions, estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources.

As a Senior Product Manager, you have a proven track record in product strategy and execution, as well as product culture and operations. You will be able to understand the dynamics and economics of market environments like those found in ticketing and live events. Within the organization, you will act as the voice of both consumer and enterprise customers, and will balance inputs from across the organization to continually set direction, create internal alignment, and generate excitement.

Responsibilities

  • Execute product development consistently, rapidly, and effectively
  • Manage inputs and expectations of key stakeholders
  • Work with the product team and execs to execute product strategy and processes
  • Balance the demands of existing enterprise partners with the overall vision and direction of the company
  • Evangelize the product internally and support Business Development and Partner Services teams on external product demos
  • Write clear and concise product requirements and engage across design and engineering to plan and execute effective solutions
  • Understand a complex, logic-driven platform and continue to add features enhancements

Requirements & Skills

  • Ability to connect and collaborate with key executives
  • Demonstrated ability managing products in multiple stages of a fast moving tech startup
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and collaboration skills at all levels of an organization and within a complex technical environment
  • Expertise in modern forms of product planning, discovery, and development process
  • Self-motivated, compassionate, and empathetic active listener
  • Strong sense of ownership and passion for technology products

Preferred (not required) experience with

  • Experience, exposure, or interest in NFTs and web3
  • Experience working at and helping grow dynamic, fast moving tech startups
  • Experience in an engineering, analyst, and/or other technical roles
  • Domain experience in commercial platforms
  • Domain experience in the live events, sports, or ticketing industries
